Eyelash Extensions

How often do I need a lash refill?

We recommend every 2 to 3 weeks.


How long does a full set of eyelash extensions take?

Depending on the lash material you choose, a full set will take between 2-2.5 hours to apply.


Can I get my lash extensions wet?

You need to avoid any moisture for at least 48 hours after your service; However, we do offer Active Lash Adhesive which will allow you to wet them within a few hours of your appointment for an additional cost.


What is the difference between classic, hybrid & volume lashes?

Classic lashes are 1 lash extension per 1 of you natural lashes, while volume will be 3 or more per each natural lash. Classic lashes will be more natural, while full volume will be on the dramatic side. Volume Lashes are ultra-lightweight and equal less weight than one individual classic lash.


Will it damage my natural eyelashes?

No. We do lashes the LC Lash & Brow Bar way, meaning our skilled lash techs will never put lashes on that are too heavy or long for your natural lashes.


The last time I had lashes my eyes got irritated but I would like to get eyelash extensions?

If you have had an irritation in the past we will book you for a patch test before a full service treatment.


Lash Lift & Tint

How long does a lash lift last?

A lash lift can last 6-8 weeks.


How long will a lash lift take?

60 minutes.

Henna Brow

We use Henna that is made with the purest and finest henna from India

It takes 15 minutes to develop and it leaves a stain on the skin for 14 days and on the hair for 6 weeks

It is a longer alternative for brow tinting

Brow Lamination

Brow lamination is a perm for your eyebrows

It sets and shapes them for a long period of time

Lasts up to 6 weeks



How long does microblading take?

It takes approximately 2 hours


What is the healing process for microblading?

The healing process for microblading is 28 days


How far in advance should I come back for my touch up appointment for microblading?

We require you to come back in 6 weeks.

Do you sell wholesale?

Where can I purchase LYN’E Cosmetics products?

We are currently sold exclusively online. You can purchase LYN’E Cosmetics products via our website. Please continue to check back for updates and changes.

Can I place an order over the phone?
Currently all orders are placed via website.

Can I purchase an item that is out of stock?
If an item is currently out of stock please email us at  for inquiries.

Can I change an order once it has been placed?
Prior to receiving your confirmation shipping email you may contact us by email  to change your order. Once your shipping email has been sent we would not be able to alter your order.

How do I track my order once it has been placed?
Once we have received your order, LYN’E Cosmetics will email you with your order number. Please quote this number in all correspondence. You can also check your order history online. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email containing a tracking number that can be used on the website. 

Do you accept International orders?
We currently ship outside of the U.S.A.  

What delivery options do you have available?
We offer standard delivery at this moment.  Please check back for updates or changes. 

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard and American express), as well as PayPal.

Do you charge sales tax/duties?
We are required to charge sales tax in states. These are NY, CA, TX, IL and WA. The total cost of the sales tax varies according to each state. If applicable this charge will be added to your order automatically at checkout once you have entered your delivery address.

What is your returns policy?
Returns are only provided if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.  Should your items arrive damaged or defective please notify us within 10 days of their arrival.  We will have a replacement mailed to you.
*All sales are final.  We do not offer any refunds.

Are your products tested on animals?
We do not test on animals.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
LYN’E Cosmetics values its customers, and any information we collect about you is held with the utmost care and security. We use the latest encryption technology to ensure that all transactional information is protected to the highest standards. This includes credit or debit card details, your personal contact information, names and addresses you provide for delivery to another address, and your purchasing history. 
If you have given your consent prior to entering the details required for the ordering process, our website will retain your LYN’E Cosmetics  account details including your name, address, email address and purchasing history. However, each time you log into your LYN’E Cosmetics account to create a new order you must re-enter your credit card details. Please see our privacy policy for further details.
