Refunds/Returns

Our refund policy is All Sales Final. No Refunds. Client must cancel within 24 hours prior to service. If client does not cancel within a 24 hour period, you will be charged 50% of the service. One reschedule allowed. No more than two cancellations allowed. All services guaranteed for 24hrs.

Liability

We are not responsible or shall we be held liable for any underlying reactions if they may occur.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info.lynecosmetics@gmail.com.

We do not offer exchanges on services. If you choose to change a service, notify us with in 24 hrs.  If not, you will be responsible for the initial cost of the service.

 

Shipping
Our products are shipped within 2-3 Days using the following carriers: USPS. To return your product for an exchange due to defects or damages, you must email us with photos. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
